New Sexuality Text in Mexico City
WordPress can be so picky about embedding videos from anywhere other than youtube! You’ll have to check out the link to watch this video. CNN.com is offering an interesting bit on a new government sponsored sex-ed book for teens that is being well-received by students but drawing protests from parents. What’s the poop? The book includes information on women’s rights, domestic violence, and respect for diverse sexualities. Scandal! It would have been nice if CNN interviewed some parents who like the book, instead of just youth and the government officials… All the same, take a look at what appears to be significant progress in sexuality text books. As one gentleman so nicely states in the video, there is a lot of information in this book that adults could benefit from, too.
